Vaccinations
We require all dogs be current with the following vaccines: Bordetella, Distemper, CIV (Canine Influenza) and Rabies. We require a hard copy of your current shots from your vet. We also strongly recommend that your dog take a monthly dose of flea and tick prevention medicine. If fleas and/or ticks are found on your dog, you will be contacted and a flea bath will be administered immediately and at your expense. If you have copies of your dogs vaccination records you may upload them here. If you don't have copies of your dogs vaccination records please move on to the next section.
